The Canadian academic library consortium, CRKN, has developed a system for tracking perpetual access rights for journals using a well-defined spreadsheet structure. The system was designed to be useful both for CRKN "Big Deals" and a library's other subscriptions. A team at UPEI developed an open source search front end for this system. This presentation will explain what CRKN has designed and demo the search tool and explain how any library will be able to use it for any journal entitlements.
